  • The form of chocolate that’s healthy, very dark chocolate with almost no sugar is rarely eaten by Americans. For most of them eating chocolate is just an opportunity to eat more refined carbs. All is needed to be convinced about that is to look at the amount of sugar and total carb listed on a 70% cacao bar.

    I LOVE chocolate! It’s gratifying to learn which chocolates are better for you than others. Why not get health benefits at the same time that you are enjoying the deliciousness of chocolate, my favorite food???
