Katherine’s philosophy… “People often need to detox through the year for various reasons. I try to help them find a way that is sustainable and something they can return to over and over as the situation merits. Situations such as coming home from a vacation [which I personally am doing now], a lavish business trip or a holiday are often times when we eat more than usual and may not be able to be as physically active.
