    Hello…

    I have a question: if one was going to buy a bottled, ready-to-drink tea, which one would you recommend? I am a RN, and love tea, but I don’t have the time to brew it, so I usually get the bottled variety.

      Thank you for writing!
      Unfortunately the pre-made bottled teas, according to scientists I’ve interviewed, have very little value. How about brewing a large pitcher every week with several bags of tea. Once brewed, place in the refrigerator, and use a secure, opaque bottle to carry it to work each day? That’s when you’ll get the health benefits from your tea. Willing to give it a try? Your thoughts?
